• Intellectual Property: The purchase of physical artwork does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. All intellectual property rights in the artwork remain exclusively with the artist Gaby Morgan.

We accept standard forms of payment as indicated at checkout. All payments must be received in full before artwork is shipped.

Any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Because original art is delicate and custom-packed, please review our return policy carefully.

Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, Original Artworks and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns on any purchase.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no case shall Gabs Art Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the service or purchased products.
